WHAT IS MOBILE VoIP?
Mobile VoIP is the internet phone service based on the VoIP protocol, designed principally for Users who
have a cell phone with Wi-Fi capability.
WHERE CAN I USE HIPORT MOBILE VoIP?
HiPort Mobile VoIP is usable from any Wi-Fi Hot Spot including those at home or in the office. In our Hotel, access to the Wi-Fi network is automatic and above all free: once it is configured, the phone will connect and disconnect automatically on entering and leaving the Hotel. HiPort Mobile VoIP is also usable via UMTS, but in this case the user must check the possible cost of internet traffic in the contract with his/her Mobile Network Operator.
WHAT MUST I DO TO USE THIS SERVICE?
Buy a HiPort Mobile Card, for €5 or €10, at the Hotel reception and follow the instructions showed on
HiPort Mobile VoIP web site.
HOW MUCH DO I SAVE BY CALLING WITH HIPORT MOBILE?
For calls to other HiPort Users you will spend absolutely nothing, while both SMS and phone-calls to other Users are Low Cost and the saving you'll make on an hour's phone calls is sometimes more than the cost of the room!
