Beyond the train station, our hotel in Lambrate in Milan,puts you in the perfect spot to explore the neighbourhood and the rest of the city.

Until the 1900s, our area was known to be an industrial neighbourhood, housing the city’s big factories. Today, it’s a young and dynamic neighbourhood, full of street art, independent shops, cafés, and breweries.

Part of the young vibe of the neighbourhood is due to its proximity to universities: one of the campuses of Polytechnic University of Milan is in this area, while other universities are just a short ride away.

Besides students, this area attracts working professionals, with several healthcare and technology institutions located nearby.

In Lambrate, colourful murals pop up everywhere, from the streets and in Lambretta Park, a nice green escape from the city.

A couple of minutes away from Hotel Gamma, Giovanni Pacini Street is lined with restaurants and bars.

Walking all the way down the street brings you to Piazzale Gabrio Piola, a green square located in the Città Studi area, which is also full of nice restaurants and bars.
